Update to Form VAT126

Schools making claims for VAT repayments using HMRC Form VAT126 need to be aware the form has been updated.

HM Revenue and Customs have made a minor update to the Form VAT126 on 23 December 2016.

The new form is now live on the Revenue website at: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/vat-claim-for-refund-by-local-authorities-and-similar-bodies-vat126.

The changes include amendments to the declaration and to the details for the “type of body”.

As with all Revenue forms, it is recommended that the current document is downloaded before each use, rather than relying upon saved copies.

An afternoon at Bombay Sapphire Distillery! 🍸 🍹

Our Managing Director Tracy Jenkins, Director Michaela Johns, Associate Director Nick Whitemore, and Business Adviser Brendon Reis had the pleasure of visiting the Bombay Sapphire Distillery for an exclusive gin tasting experience with some guests.

The afternoon began at the Turbine Bar, where everyone crafted their own complimentary gin and tonic using the self-serve gin dispensers. The tour continued with an exploration of the ten exotic botanicals in the Glasshouses and an immersive experience in the Botanical Dry Room.

The highlight of the day was the Gin Tasting Masterclass, where guests learned to make three exquisite cocktails while enjoying some grazing platters.

A huge thank you to the incredible team at Bombay Sapphire for hosting such a fantastic afternoon! 🌿✨
