Tricky questions: It’s not often that you get to face questions from a six-time winner of the World Quiz Championships, but that’s what happened to a plucky team of hopefuls from HWB.
Our team took part in the @Wessex Cancer Support Big Quiz 2025 at the Concorde Club in Eastleigh which was hosted by Richard Ashman, Winchester-born quiz champion and star of the TV show Eggheads.
Although our quartet of, from left, Matt Cooper, Matt Pickett, Brendon Reis, Joe Wilson and Andrew Kershaw (taking the photo) didn’t come in first place, they were a very close half a point behind!
But most importantly they did manage to help to raise valuable cash for the charity which does such vital work across our region.

Horse sense: We were delighted to spend an afternoon with some of our clients at Newbury Racecourse.
